This Policy explains how Klicktake collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Platform.
Account Data: name, phone, email, login credentials, optional photo.
Order Data: order details, delivery address, amounts, payment method, receipts, order history.
Location Data: with permission, for address detection, routing, and delivery operations.
Device & Usage Data: device type/OS, technical identifiers, crash logs, in-app activity.
Support Communications: chats/tickets and related notes.
Partner/Driver Data (if applicable): verification documents, vehicle/license details, and payout data via secure providers as needed.
To operate accounts, fulfill orders, coordinate deliveries, process payments, prevent fraud, improve performance, send operational notifications (OTP/order updates), and comply with legal obligations.
We may share minimum necessary data with Partners (to prepare orders), Drivers (to deliver), payment processors, infrastructure providers (hosting, maps, notifications, analytics), and authorities where required. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain data as needed for service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and anti-fraud, then delete or anonymize where feasible.
We apply reasonable safeguards, but no method is 100% secure.
Depending on local law, you may have rights to access, correct, object, restrict processing, and request deletion.
Request deletion in-app or via info@klicktake.com. Some records may be retained for legal/accounting/dispute/anti-fraud purposes.
Not intended for children below the legal age. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
We may update this Policy and publish the latest version in the Platform.
