Welcome to Klicktake (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Klicktake (the “Company,” “we,” “us”). By using the Platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Customer: a user who places orders on the Platform.
Partner: a restaurant/merchant/service provider offering items on the Platform.
Driver/Courier: the person delivering orders.
Order: any purchase request placed through the Platform.
Fees: may include service, delivery, handling fees, and applicable taxes.
The Platform is a technology intermediary enabling listings, ordering, payments, and delivery coordination.
Partners are responsible for product quality, ingredients, accuracy, and safety.
Drivers are responsible for delivery execution based on provided instructions.
Service availability may vary by location and operational conditions.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must not hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform; impersonate others; request illegal/prohibited items; or harass Partners, Drivers, or support. We may take action (warnings, suspension, termination) for violations.
Prices and content are set by Partners and may change. Items may be unavailable. Images are illustrative and may differ from actual products. Substitutions may be offered if enabled and aligned with your selections.
Available payment methods vary by market. Total charges are shown before checkout. We may suspend orders/accounts for failed payments or suspected fraud pending verification.
You must provide an accurate address and reachable contact. ETAs are estimates and may be impacted by traffic, weather, driver availability, and preparation delays. Failed delivery due to incorrect address or non-response may be treated as a delivery attempt and fees may apply.
Promotions are subject to their specific conditions (validity, minimum order, exclusions, usage limits). We may revoke offers in cases of misuse or manipulation.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the in-app Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Reviews must be truthful and non-abusive. We may remove content that violates policy or law.
All Platform software, UI, trademarks, and content are owned by or licensed to the Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We may use third parties (maps, payment gateways, notifications, analytics) as needed to operate the Platform.
The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Product quality remains the Partner’s responsibility, while we manage complaints per published policies.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits/data. Where liability applies, it is typically capped at the fees paid for the disputed Order.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, abuse, or security risks, subject to applicable law.
You can delete your account via:
In-app: Settings > Account > Delete Account (if available), or
Email: info@klicktake.com with subject “Account Deletion Request.”
Notes:
Deletion may be delayed if you have active orders, disputes, or pending balances until they are resolved.
After deletion, access is disabled and non-required data is removed/hidden within a reasonable period.
Certain records may be retained for legal, accounting, dispute resolution, and anti-fraud purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Syria and/or Palestine, depending on the market where the service is provided and the Order is fulfilled, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the country where the service was provided unless mandatory law states otherwise.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated version.
